Won't let me login. Restarted phone....deleted and reinstalled app...installed iOS update.....still nothing. Please fix it.

According to this, eBay has just released a new version of the iOS app (6.137.1) that addresses this issue:

If you have problems getting the new version, try uninstalling the eBay app, restarting your device, then installing it from the App Store.
