Starting today I am unable to revise listing from the eBay mobile app. I am using IOS, have updated to the latest version, deleted and reinstalled the app. When I choose revise the wheel spins until I cancel. I let it spin for minutes.

EDIT: The ONLY listing I am able to revise is the ONE I added today. All other listings will not load when I attempt to revise.

Any difference if you clear cache or data?

Are you able to revise using a browser?

Yes, I checked the store and there is no update available.

I am able to revise on my browser, so definitely just an app issue. I am on the latest version.

What version number of the app are you using?

There are some things that can prevent the latest update from being shown, such as if you are using an old version of Google Play Services or Google Play Store on an Android phone.

I'm getting a spinning wheel for about 2-3 sec then the listing loads to revise. It's lagging but working.

You may want to try uninstalling and reinstalling.

I believe that is the latest version -- the most recent Android version is 6.126.0.1, and your version appears to be newer than that.

If clearing cache and data does not help, then posting on the app board about the issue and seeing if it is addressed in the next update are probably your best bet.

My phone is on Apple iOS 16.7 - about to upgrade to 17.0.1, will see if that changes anything.

I did remove/install and it comes back with the same .0 version, and I let it spin for 60 seconds with nothing loading…

Do you have a link to that board? This is the first I’ve had to use these boards ha….I wasn’t even sure I was posting in the right place to start with. I appreciate the help!

Posting here is fine, but the Mobile Apps board in particular has dedicated eBay personnel reading there and occasionally responding to app issues, so that is a good way to get attention for issues with the app.
