Uploading Photos via app on iPhone

Just moved to a new phone, iOS version 17.0.2

Can start a listing on my phone just fine, but when adding photos, select the ones I want, click upload and I end up back at the photos viewer with no photos uploading or uploaded.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Can you take photos using the app? 

There's an option in the app to do 1:1 ratio photos, which is better for display. Taking photos outside of the app and then uploading, like it sounds here, is going to give you portrait mode photos which I think are 4:3 and will be resized so the aspect ratio isn't smooshed when viewing photos.

Anyway, something to try...
