Starting today I am unable to revise listing from the eBay mobile app. I am using IOS, have updated to the latest version, deleted and reinstalled the app. When I choose revise the wheel spins until I cancel. I let it spin for minutes.

EDIT: The ONLY listing I am able to revise is the ONE I added today. All other listings will not load when I attempt to revise.

Upgrade produced the same results for me. Approx 3 sec spinning wheel then the listing form loads for revision.

So…..it seems to be something with the Business policies. I had not been using them previously, and yesterday I was testing an integration(Mascot), which turned on these policies. Once I opted out of the policies feature, I was able to revise items again.

Interesting. I use biz policies and don't have the same problem.

Biz policies have always been compatible with the app listing tool and with the unified listing tool (web), but not with the current quick listing tool (web).

If any of your listings were originally created on the web with the quick listing tool, maybe that was causing the problem between quick lister - biz policies - app combo.

Ive been having the same issue starting today. Has to be an app problem the browser works fine

For me it was an issue with business policies. I had never used them before, and an integration I was testing yesterday created biz policies…once I opted out of them it started working again.
