I have already contacted eBay and Paypal, no my account is not in restriction, but when listing on the app, at the bottom it is stating that paypal fees will be held for a time. Again I have spoke with both customer services of ebay and paypal about this, and there is nothing being held. This is an app bug of some sort, please fix, so others don't have to take the time to check Into their accounts and waste time. I have been selling for 20 years, not a new seller.
