I have a weird issue with Yahoo Mail and Ebay messages in particular. Typically when I receive any new email, my phone provides a notification symbol and a sound alert. For the last few weeks, only Ebay messages have stopped providing any kind alerts. I receive Ebay messages with no issues, just minus the notifications. Notifications for all other message/mail apps associated with the same email account work fine.
I have not change any phone settings and have tried most of the online suggestions (logout/login email, clear cache, etc.) to fix this problem with no success. I could not find any kind of settings where notifications for specific senders/messages could be manipulated. Has anyone encountered and fixed this issue? Thanks for any responses.
