Annoying App Closure

am I the only one who finds it ridiculous and extremely aggravating when you’re using the app, go over to Safari to research something, go back to the eBay app only to find it closed itself out and you have to try to find your way back to where you were?? Its extremely extremely infuriating when you’re making a listing and you write out a nice long description then go over to Safari to research the price you want to set, go back and it’s closed and all your progress is lost. and another thing eBay, I know you guys think you created the world‘s most perfect app and that nobody never ever have any issues or complications with it but in the off chance that someone does experience an issue, there should be an option under the help/contact us section that people can use. Right now there’s absolutely no option for people to use when they do have an app issue.

Annoying App Closure

Hey @tietokonesystems . There are a couple of really easy ways to report issues.

 

Through the app:

1. Shake to report. Physically shake your device while the app is open and that will trigger the option for you to file a tech report or submit feedback on product features.

2. Anywhere you see the three dots or the ? when listing you can tap on that to file a report. Screenshot below.

 

On the web:

Click the ? icon on the bottom right corner of almost any eBay page and that will also trigger the option to file a tech report, submit feedback to eBay, and more. Screenshots here.
