A few days ago the app started loading all the photos twice when I created listing . I can no longer rearrange the photos from the app. This is all on Android if I use an iPhone or a web browser everything is okay. I have uninstalled the App clear the cache reinstall the app and it's still doing it. Can someone please tell me how to fix this thank you in advance.

I am getting double photo uploads as well, I need help also.

My issue went away. The layout of my eBay app is very different now so I'm assuming it has been updated.

Still getting double photo uploads (amongst other glitches) here, it's very frustrating.

Android version 6.0.1

Ebay app version 5.17.1.1

Called about this, was told that they thought the issue was fixed but that it would be reported, just sitting around waiting for a fix now.

FYI If you save a draft with double photos and then go back to edit, it will appear they have gone away. They have not. Delete the extra copies manually before saving draft, otherwise you may be unable to list your item due to having too many photos (happened to me this evening, however I was able to delete the excess ghost photos via main website).

Thank you for reporting this. If you go ahead and post the listing it should not post the double photos. If you see it posting both photos can you let us know?

Appreciate the response but it depends on how many double photos are uploaded as to whether an item can be listed still; it matters whether the 12-picture cap has been hit or not.

Example 1: I upload 8 photos. Ebay sees it as 16. Try to list, cannot list due to too many photos. Excess photos must be deleted via main website.

Example 2: I upload 4 photos, ebay sees 8, and the item would still list because it's under the 12-picture limit. Double photos no longer visible, (but the site code still sees it as 8).

I would be happy to provide screenshots showing this if needed. This is a major issue in my opinion. Right now the app seems highly unstable and unreliable in general, and it was working fine before the latest update just last week.
