5.30 app update - Offers to Buyers?

The new update states we can send offers to watchers? I can’t find that option anywhere on the app..any help is appreciated

Don’t know where those offers were sent, well to three of the five , I guess. I’m not expecting any offers.
Hope it works and doesn’t irritate the competition that’s watching your items.
I’m not a watcher on any item of anyone.

Click on active listings and it’s shows above items with watchers. Doesn’t show it on all.

It’s a one time offer that’s sent. Once sent it doesn’t even say offers sent. Does anyone know if it’s a maximum of 3 they send it to? You can also send a message with it. I forgot to.
Can they counterback?

It says interested buyers 3, but the count shows 5.
