I read on one of these topics the people that do not have the good till cancelled option on the app will be getting that option on the next update this month. What about us who want our 30 day option back on the app? Will we get the 30 day option back on the new update this month? And why do some people have the 30 day option on their app and some do not? I do not even have any option at all on my new app. It just Auto lists my listings good till cancelled. Can we PLEASE have our 30-day option back. Myself and allot of other people only use and rely on the app. Can you please help us out? THANKS 5.27.1.2 Moto E5 Play

I agree just got off the phone with a rep and was told that it just wasn't an option in the app and to just use a computer to list. What's the purpose of the app if it doesn't fully function. So frustrating. Wish Ebay would leave well enough alone, everytime they update something it gets worse.

Currently the apps support Good Til Canceled duration for fixed priced listings.

Mine doesn't, its been 30 days only forever, no other option. At least best offer isn't auto turned on so I don't by have to turn that off everytime.

It seems like everyone's app is different. some people have 30 day option only and some people only have good till cancelled option. and some people including myself have NO OPTION AT ALL for duration period. I do not understand why this is happening. It is so crazy frustrating. why can't you just solve all these problems by giving EVERYONE back all the duration options????? i wish my best offer was not automatically turned on. I have to TURN IT OFF EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!!!
