Is it legal to sell this medal set?

I was contacted by someone today telling me this medal set is illegal for me to sell, I received this message today. I will remove it if it is, I'm not sure, I know some of you know for sure, thanks!

You're fine. The only award it is currently illegal to sell is the actual Medal of Honor. The Stolen Valor Act also covered the Purple Heart but, this was found unconstitutional by the Supreme Court. However, it is still against ebay rules to sell Purple Hearts. What is still covered by the Act is to try to pass yourself off as having earned any award that you didn't actually earn. FYI - what you have there is a marksmanship qualification badge and not a medal for bravery or merit.

He is correct . It is only a markmanship medal. You are fine. I have my Dad's.
