In many cases the item specifics do not make sense or the available choices are incomplete. If none of the provided choices are a good match should you enter your own or choose the best answer?
Also, what determines what information is displayed to the mobile user in “about this item” and “item description” before clicking the arrows? I noticed it displays different IS and doesn’t depend on what is filled in. The item description is also random in what it displays.
