I CANNOT open the download!

Item Specifics - Download Details - click link to download into my desktop computer running Chrome - download it - click to open the download and all I see is nonsense gobbledy-**bleep**.

This has happened for the past 2 years.  When will ALL eBay sellers be able to simply read this important information??

In years past simply clicking on the info links in Seller Updates presented the vital information front and center.  No download needed.

How am I supposed to incorporate updates if I don't know what they are?????

I certainly hope this category/IS update works better than the dog's dinner they made of the last Clothing one (which to this day is still not fixed).

I downloaded the US Category Changes PDF file, 229 pages with no Search capability.  It took a looooong time and much scrolling to find my category to see if it had changes.

I downloaded the US New Structure for Categories PDF file, 646 pages with no Search capability.  Again, it took too much time and much scrolling to find Categories and Sub-categories, and the overall structure gets lost in the 646 pages of details.

Many won't bother to find the changes that affect them.

Thank you for your feedback on the category changes pages. If you would like to view the changes in a more searchable format can I suggest you download the CSV format provided alongside the PDF. You should be able to open it as a spreadsheet and then search or filter the data to identify any changes which impact you.
