We continue to make category changes to create more intuitive buying, selling, and search experiences, and bring eBay into closer alignment with industry-standard classifications. The changes also help international buyers find your items.

May we please have a single page outlining the category updates like provided in the past seller updates, instead of clicking links through several pages only to find multiple file downloads that may or may not apply to what I'm selling?

In the past a link in a seller update took you to a page that listed every category with changes coming so at a glance a seller could determine if any changes would affect them and could then follow the links in those specific categories to read about the changes.

The new update expects sellers to download multiple pages of data then waste a lot of time sifting through information that does not apply to them.  

Please, just a simple list of the categories and subcategories with coming changes would be most appreciated.

Some of my items have a category change to a brand new category. When do I make these changes? Now or in October?

Thanks msmaggie060 for the question. You do not have to make any changes to your category. We will automatically update your item(s) with the new category. Our recommendation, review the changes on October 7th and select an alternative category if you find a "better fit" category for your item.
 
Items being moved into categories called "Other" will be further analyzed and moved to a best fit category as well. Review these listings after Oct. 7th to see if the new category selected is best for your particular item.
