Seller is using my photos

Hi, 

This seller is using my photos. This is my purse. The girl in the picture with the tattoo is literally me....that is my bedroom nightstand. This seller does not have this purse and all of these pics are mine. I have reached out to eBaby for the past month about this and have contacted the seller to please take down my pics, but nothing has happened.  What do I do?

Is the purse still for sale?

It's possible that the scammer is planning on buying it from you if they get a sucker buyer.

Raise your price higher than theirs.

Then if they try to buy it from you.....

There are a few things you need to try and do:

If you have called Ebay and still cannot have this issue resolved I would recommend posting your issue on Ebay's facebook page.  When I couldn't get any phone resolution I posted on Ebay's facebook and was able to get results. 

If you haven't already requested to speak with a supervisor when you called Ebay, request to do so.  More then likely they will have to have a supervisor call you back.  If calling make sure to get the SR# for your call.  This is often helpful (especially if you post on Ebay's Facebook page).
