Ebay no longer has phone numbers that you can call directly.
There are very few instances in which you need to speak to ebay and often, the information you receive is inaccurate or incomplete and will likely cost you money or cause account issues.
Most questions can be answered by posting here however if you need to speak to someone, the way to get CS is by going to "Help & Contact" on the upper left side of the page and click through there to have someone call you.
Does your "problem" have anything to do with the unhappy buyer whose winning bid and purchase were canceled?
If you have an auction that was listed without a reserve price, you are obligated to honor that sale regardless of how high or how low the bidding goes.
Ebay won't be able to help you because this was your mistake.
