Authenticate Coach Bag!!!!

Hi guys, can someone tell me if this is a real Coach Bag? The seller says it's a vintage bag from the 90s, but the number on the inside says it was made in 2003. Would really appreciate the help!

This bag doesn't have a creed but it does have the "Made in China" tag down inside the lining. What's throwing me off is the green and white checkered lining. Is it authentic, please?

Is this Pierre Balmain billfold authentic?

Appears to be bonded leather or faux leather, the lining is taffeta, the gilt printing is all in lower case. I initially figured it to be vintage 1970's, but I don't really know. Is it authentic? Any comments are sincerely appreciated.
