It's a Sawyer crossbody bag that was made to be sold at the Coach outlet stores. Your bag was made in 2015.
Look and feel around inside the bag. There should be a small white label (with printing on it) somewhere, possibly buried way down inside an inside pocket. You may have to pull the pocket inside out to find and photograph it.
