I won item . Seller gave me refund after asked when Will item be shipped.? I have been only bidder the whole time item up. Last day up bid I won auction. After refund gave me excuse he sold it sorry for confusion. I report him eBay but I cannot post feedback since gave refund. I don”t think they wanted it be sold so cheap. Dishonest practices. Want post feedback but it won’t let me

Essentially the seller canceled the auction, which means it never took place, meaning no feedback either way. If the seller cancelled the item for being out of stock, he will get a defect.  You have done all you can. Be thankful you got your money back.
