false statements left with negative feedback

had a customer leave negative feedback one of his many complaints he lied about how long it took to arrive it was shipped the next day and took 8 days for him to get it .tracking info will back me up. he's complaining it took 2 weeks.

When a buyer tries to extort you or leaves a negative feedback for no reason other than they do not take any responsibility for their own actions, a seller cannot rate them to warn other sellers or block them.
