Buyers scamming and take your item and your money

Help! I had a buyer overseas purchase one of my items and they have scanned me and said that I didn’t send the item that they bought. I am so angry and eBay don’t care about me they only believe the buyer. They lied and have kept my dress and said I sent them shoes . eBay doesn’t believe me who has 100+ feedback and they have 3 and they believe them over me even though I sent them a photo of the package! Ebay have taken my money and my dress to a scammer!! Ebayer doesn’t care about genuine sellers is there anything I can do! Please help the dress was over 200 plus postage overseas 😣

Nothing can be done. You showed a package not what was in it. Even if you showed the package before mailing eBay would likely refund the customer. I’ve had similar problems before. I turned off international sales. eBay doesn’t protect you anymore. But even with international sales turned off I’ve had 3 sales go through to Canada, AUS and UK. But mailing was to a USA eBay center and they mailed it overseas. Still is was without my permission. I don’t want to deal with the added shipping cost to worry about

Thanks for your help. Yeah I have realized eBay don’t care about the seller at all and they don’t care about the people that scam honest innocent people. Makes me not want to sell anymore . Iv lost over 200 and I’m so upset but they just don’t care. They just let these people keep going on

Although it seems to be a bit late to do anything about this, may I suggest the following:

Go to this link in your account and set minimum feedback amounts for buyers - https://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/sell/buyer-requirements.html?
This will help you to see their history - There are other settings you can make. I was not at all surprised when you said they only had three feedbacks. They have undoubtedly done this before and keep opening new accounts.

Be very careful what countries you ship to - best to stay within your own.

As it is with buyers (Let the buyer beware) - with eBay, it can also be "Let the SELLER beware".
