Need help with Cartier Paris Bag Real or Fake? Value?

I need any information on the Cartier Paris Bag I have.  I can't find anything comparable online.  Is it real and if so what would be the value of it?

I see a lot of things that concern me including the inner tag with the raw edges and  and the stitching and condition of the strap etc.    That patch on the front on which that 'panther' is sitting - look at the spacing of the stitching and the panther itself which is pretty sorry looking from where I'm sitting.  The interior of the bag is not looking right either.

Go to the Cartier website and take a hard look at the quality of the workmanship of their bags.  Compare.
