Here's the link of the Ebay listing:
I included zoomed-in pictures of the tags that I received.
I think the black diamond pave tag is authentic but I have doubts in regards the white diamonds tag (I have found differences with the one listed on DavidYurman site, or maybe it is a different version?)
Please let me know your opinion.

Have you had the metal and the diamonds tested? It would not be cost effective for a fake to be produced with real diamonds, and in .925 silver. While the piece appears authentic to me, I am not an expert/

Thanks for your suggestion,
I'll have it checked !
Although there are no DY stores here but I agree with you, if the materials are not fake, the product would probably be authentic.

I had both of them checked
The metal is silver 925, however, they said the secondary material is synthetic.
I still don't know if this means the pieces I bought are replicas because i'm not sure DY use real gems as they are so expensive (1 carat of each gem costs much more than the tag itself which has like 2+ carat of the gem)
Does david yurman use syntheic stones in those tags ?

I don’t know and you need to call or email the company and ask them. My understanding was that he uses genuine stones.

bad news for me.
Upon further inspection, the secondary material appears to be cubic zirconia in both tags which basically cost nothing.
David Yurman uses real gems. Both pieces are actually replicas.
This means many, if not most of DY jewelry sold on ebay are actually replicas (at least the tags which i'm familar with the replica design which is a bit different from the real one).
This is very disappointing, but at least now I know the difference.

Will I be able to return the items for a refund even though I gave the seller a positive review?
The seller accepts returns within 14 days.

We started a return with the seller.
Difference in design in the second tag (see picture).
Guys this is for you to be careful, learn from my mistake. It is possible to identify jewelry before purchase. Lesson learned
cheers

the majority of DY tags on ebay are in fact replicas that cost few dollars to produce:
here's a fake example, and people are bidding hundreds of dollars thinking they're getting a bargain just like I did.
The tag weights like 15 grams, that's an estimate of 8$ in silver.
1 carat of Cubic Zirconia costs around $20 dollars, the tag has like 2 so that's like 40$
So the materials of a fake tag is around 50$, and they are sold for hundreds of dollars.

IMO lesson learned but know that there are treasures and great buys on many designer items but there are also counterfeits too. Knowledge is power. Let others here tell you how to proceed but yes, you are protected.

Wow..sorry to hear that..your seller certainly sells a lot of DY jewelry..I wondered about that..good thing you had it checked..you should have no trouble with a return..sorry this happened to you. Not all high end jewelry on Ebay is fake tho..I myself have sold authentic Tiffany and DY pieces, and also Cartier,Gucci, and Rolex a couple of times..estate sale finds...back in the day when I sold jewelry.

And thats what Ebay's mbg is for..it is up to the buyers to get their high end jewelry items checked out,...

OP thank you for posting & good luck though you should have no problem. It's really a shame ebay allows such to continue - I know not all sellers are shady but 3 out of 3 recent purchases (separate buying acct) have been bad experiences.
Caveat Emptor.
