Hello!
I'm Jack, and I'm a computer enthusiast. I often build PC's for people in the local area for profit just to make a little extra money on the side. Frequently, I visit userbenchmark.com. The website has tons of valuable information about PC parts, including hot deals. The hottest deals always end up redirecting me to eBay, where sellers are selling PC parts for half off, even when they're described as brand new and sealed.
As of today, I bought an MSI GTX 1660 6GB Gaming X for only $118 (including tax), which would normally go for about $240-$260. The seller has hundreds of positive ratings and seems fairly legit. Am I getting scammed or have I scored a really good deal? Has anyone of you gotten a sick deal on something on eBay and turned out to be a scam? I've seen a lot of "too good to be true" deals and this is the first time I've achieved the guts to actually risk it.

No one knows but the seller at this time.
Hopefully it works out good for you.

If the price is unreasonable - then I would consider it fake and avoid buying it. The item - whatever it is - has a fair market value. If the item or price is too-good-to-be-true -- than I believe it. At least this is my personal philosophy.
Good luck.

Hi im Sebastian I am also a computer enthusiast,
The GPU that you bought might be a mining edition with no external ports or they put the heatsink on a different card or you just struck a deal from someone who know nothing about compuers.
Have a good day, I hoped i helped you
