Laptop and Hard Drive Robbed

I have been robbed in Dublin, please, if you see or have seen anyone trying to sell or trade this laptop let me know. I will very much appreciate all help as the information lost is very valuable for me (specially the Hard Drive, as it had lots of Uni work, sentimental pictures for me, important personal documents...and I don't have copies)...:

- DELL Laptop: grey, touchscreen, 2in1. Serial Number: C39JFSLDTTQ. Model: I7377-0028GRY.

- TOSHIBA Hard Drive: black, 1T. (Willing to pay a reward for the information of the hard drive).
