Seller disappeared and I can’t get my money back

Hi! I bought something, paid for it straight away (Paid using my card, not PayPal) and few hours later I got a message from eBay about removing the item as I didn’t pay. I assume seller marked it as unpaid. Today sellers account disappeared from eBay. I don’t know how to get my money back as I can’t contact the seller or raise a dispute as it was marked as unpaid. Could you help me and tell me what can I do please? Thank you

Unless that seller was in managed payments, all cc transactions go thru Paypal. Find your transaction there, and file an item not received case,and let them know the seller has been removed.
