Purchases and returns

Purchased item. Item doesn't work. Seller offers returns accepted. Return label printed. Noticed that item is not in purchases list. Unable to leave any feedback. Why and how did this occur?

Sounds like Ebay removed the item, for whatever reason, or the seller canceled the transaction.

Has your purchase moved to the Cases tab?

I think the item removed and not showing in the list or may be it was an error...
