Order Not Recieved

I recently ordered a skar subwoofer. A ZVX-8. The seller had a 99% feedback. So I trusted him. I have not received my order yet, and the bad part is, I ordered as a guest. When I get my tracking email, it says to click the link, but the server cannot be found. http://vod.ebay.com/vod/FetchOrderDetails?ViewPaymentStatus&transid=&itemId=&gu=1 It was only 22.99, but I have the payment to prove it coming out of my account. Is there any way to either track the order, or ask for a return? The link does not work, so I am out of options at this point.

What was the estimated delivery date? You cant file a case until just past that.

That's the thing, I do not know the estimated delivery date because I never got a confirmation email. However my account was charged for the speaker

you can go to Paypal, the transaction will be there, and file an item not received case,you have six months there to file. Usually a buyer who used a guest acct can find the details of their transaction in the confirmation email, but since you didnt get one....

I tried to file a not received case. But you have to be logged in to do that. Thats all fine until it asks what product I haven't gotten that I ordered. And obviously I used guest to order the speaker. So I do not have an item to file a case on. Would it be better to call them this afternoon?

If you paid with Pay Pal, the transaction should be there and you can use it to file the claim.
