Please why am seeing this messages on most of the laptops i intended biding : The item cannot be purchased since you have received 2 Unpaid item strike(s) in the last 12 month(s).  Please I have I done some wrong or is my account restricted if no why is that messages showing any time I want to bid  on most of the laptops it keep showing. haven't  paid most of the auction that I won. Please kindly so solve it for me thank you.

You have failed to pay for 2 items (at least) in the past year. Sellers across eBay can block you based on the number of strikes you have in the past year.
Once they age off, you will be able to bid again. But, again, that takes a year.

You can avoid these nonpayment strikes by paying for your wins.

Ebay records show that you have 2 unpaid strikes and many sellers block those with 2 or more strikes.

There are two things you must do now.   1) pay for all your purchases, and 2) wait one year and those strikes will age off.

You need to pay for the auctions you win or most sellers will have you blocked from bidding.
