We recently listed some items that were TalkWorks iPhone Lightning Cables. These items are Mfi certified, and the packaging states so. However, in our listing, we only used the word lightning, and didn't use Mfi certified.
We had our listing removed, for counterfeit item policy, which is whatever, however, additionally they have suspended us for 3 days.
We sent an appeal clearly indicating that the item we listed was an Apple 'Made For iPhone/iPad' cable. We sent an official invoice indicating we purchased the item legitimately. We sent an official image of the product that we had, showing its made for iPhone logo on the product. We additionally showed the product on Amazon/TalkWorks website showing additionally that it is Apple certified.
Our appeal was denied with no reasoning given. Called Ebay about the decision and they said we've been dinged 8 times?
I looked through and we were dinged 3 times total that I can see. Twice for this issue, this second time was simply because we forgot the word 'Mfi' in our title, and we were dinged on a Vinyl we sold online that we literally bought directly from target for 'counterfeit'?
I'm curious if there's anyone else having these issues and there's anything that can be done. eBay customer service is less than helpful when it comes to these issues, and they don't even listen. I've literally given everything to prove all of my items are legit and certified, and purchased from legitimate sources.

This is actually kind of funny, because I no longer report counterfeits on sites like this. I used to report, but whenever I did, I would always get the same reply:
We contacted the seller and verified that it is an authentic product. Thank you for keeping this a safe community.
Looks like it's either mostly automated, or the people doing it aren't qualified/trained/mentally engaged enough to do it correctly.
Sorry this happened to you.
