Hi I ordered a bladeles fan on the 26th July it was surpost to be delivered on the 2nd August I sent a message to the seller that replyed saying the courier wouldn't take it so they said they will send another one out of asked them for tracking details but for 2 days they won't reply back to my messages the fan was surpost to be coming from Exeter in the UK but the seller is based in Hong Kong I don't think it's coming from the UK it's probably on a ship somewhere I'm really annoyed with them they say that there a UK seller which is probably a load of lies I got in touch with eBay and they have opened a request but the seller continues not to reply back

He doesn't need a replacement, because he should still have the one you ordered.

NEVER accept an offer of a replacement. You want your money back.

If you are in the USA even seven days is too little for the fan to arrive.

If you are in the UK even seven days is very little time, since that includes the weekend.

The seller has only a short time to respond to the Dispute.

Given the outright lies, I suggest you ask eBay to step in now and Escalate to a Claim.

You will be refunded.

The seller will get a Defect. "Too many"  Defects and his fees will rise, the number and value of listings he can upload will be restricted. He may even have his selling account closed.

If you are in the UK it is usually best to ask questions on the UK Boards, since laws and also eBay rules differ from site to site .

Now that you have opened a case, you should cease communicating with your seller. Only accept a refund, not a replacement, and ask ebay to step in when you can.
