I bought a zebra lp2844 off OfferUp. Seller said it works.
Tried to set it up and it only advances ~ 1" when I press the button. When I try to "calibrate" it, it only advances 1" again and quits trying. The labels are known good labels I tried on another printer and I cleaned the sensor. Any advice?
Here's a video of what's happening:
Thanks in advance.

Have you tried installing the Zebra driver on your computer and printing a test label? Do you have any recourse with OfferUp?

I had that printer and it looks like a driver issue to me - it's simply not 'reading' your input.
