Resolved! I Have a vintage dip pen I want to list, it is a ivory handle.
It is dated in the early 1900's. EBAY will not let me proceed with the listing, even thought there are many listings on EBAY with carver ivory listings. They have a policy, but there must be some rules that I have missed.
