i need to sell my old toy collection and need to buy new collection on that money. can i sell my pre-owned collection on e bay without  any problem ( vero, branded or copyright issues etc. i am waiting response who have well experience with pre-owned item on this flat form. Of course you can sell them.  One simple search shows that there are currently 184,675 Marvel action figures listed for sale on eBay, and I didn't even search the other types of Marvel toys.

Your problem, as you well know, is that you are in Sri Lanka and that means you cannot accept payments through PayPal without breaking PayPal policies and your own government's banking laws.  Maybe you've bought a PayPal account outside Sri Lanka, but you know that when PayPal discovers you have done so, the account will be shut down and you will lose any funds in it.
