Help identifying an artist

Can anyone decipher the signature of this artist and offer any information about this piece?  Is it a lithograph or an etching?  I'm trying to get as much information as possible before listing it.

Can you post your pictures from your computer using the camera icon?  People don't like to click on links, and my computer will usually let me pick only one.  It blocks the rest.

Are you sure it's his? I agree that Bauer is the surname, but I don't read the initial as a W.

It's an etching (Orig. Rad. = Original Radierung), and the location is someplace in Vienna (Wien).

The reflection in the first photo is awful - it makes it look like something out of War of the Worlds.

I'm trying to take a better picture but having a terrible time, for some reason when I use the camera icon all the pictures come out upside down and I can't figure out how to turn them right side up.  The next time I will also take it out of the frame to avoid the issue of glass reflection.

I don't think so because the artist you suggested works in oil with a palette knife and the signatures don't match.  Thanks for the suggestion.

Sorry, my mistake. The word before Wien (Vienna) is Grinzing. Your etching is of the Grinzing Parish Church.

Your ID was the key. It's a pity no-one seems to know much about D. Bauer - even that Austrian site has no real information.
