Well, that's part of it. What does the entire painting look like, front and back? Also, those last four letters do not look like "une". Looks like ama.

Well, that's helpful. The boat appears to be a type of sampan. Therefore, it's possible that the artist is Asian. To my eye, the name appears to be Japanese because it ends in "yama."

Can't read the first letter but the others I read as "aurjania", which can be of Georgian orgigin.
