yet another user with "Access Denied" error

Tried different browsers, tried incognito mode. Sometimes it helps to navigate through a few pages. But eventually (sooner than later) I'm getting this "Access Denied" message. Tried to log-off.

It still works from the phone. Not from computer (which I prefer to use).

 

Mac OS. Various browsers (Arc, Safari, Chrome).

 

It's been going on for months.

 

Any chances for it to be solved?

 

I'm a user since 2000. Over 1000 positive feedback reviews.

yet another user with "Access Denied" error

"Access Denied" errors when trying to check out or pay usually indicate some sort of network error.

 

If you are using a VPN, try disabling it.

 

If you are using a custom firewall, that may be causing problems.

 

Try paying using your phone or laptop when not connected to your usual network wifi.
