I had a feeling that some people would use the corona virus as an excuse to blame when they dont ship out the items.  I know for some its true the virus is causing problems like items taking longer to reach their destinations once they are shipped and thats to be expected. . But i bought some garden seeds from a seller who after  7 days still hasnt shipped, then when i asked about the seeds he changes the status to shipped. Today i get and email saying they werent shipped yet because of the Corona Virus and paypal and eBay is shut down and they cant print lables so they have to go to the post office and spend out of pocket money to ship them. . I know thats not true because i am able to print shipping lables and ebay and pay pal is fine, Id have more respect if he just told the truth and said he didnt ship them out yet then try to blame ebay and paypal claiming they are shut down.

Yah,me too. I've got a seller who never shipped / put tracking on my item tho it's due tomorrow. I finally messaged em to see what's what,and now they don't know when they will ship because of.....So am I supposed to just wait,wish,hope I might get what I've already paid for someday? USPS is up&running just fine,was chatting it up with my Post Master yesterday,while trying to solve my other recent "item not here yet" dilemma. No mail delivery where I live,so everybody knows everybody@the post office.

That being said, other people I've purchased from recently  got packages out to me incredibly fast! Am grateful for no-hassle sellers.🤗

Thats a bummer i wish people wouldn't use this virus as an excuse its messed up and then try and put the blame on everybody else.

Blaming eBay/ PayPal is a well known excuse utilized by dishonest sellers who hope every buyer happens to be unknowledeable & stupid.

You can file item 'not received' after the date of expected delivery that was stated when you purchased has passed. This is if you desire. Don't let a seller string you along if you feel their being less than honest.

There's no problem with printing shipping labels, I've printed them via both ebay and paypal lately. They're claim is nonsense. It's this type of seller who chases buyers away from the site!

Do you check seller's feedback profiles before buying from them?  Lately I've noticed a lot of things listed from new or returning sellers.  Some have a fair number of feedback and a 100% rating but for buying only.  Most of them probably do not know about PayPal's 21 day hold on payments for new or returning sellers.  They try to blame ebay or PayPal because they see their Payment status on PayPal listed as Pending, so they don't think the money has cleared and they do not ship.

I heard people are buying a lot more seeds than usual too so they could be overwhelmed, or maybe they're at risk and have to wait on someone to do it for them. If it doesn't come ebay just sends your money back without a problem.

Had someone locally who tried to call into work said the MS LA boarder was closed considering he works for the government who would know that isn't true so wasn't a good lie lol.
