When you made the purchase what was the last estimated delivery date for the blender to arrive?  If you did not contact ebay with 30 days from the last date you lost the protections the Money Back Guarantee (MBG) offers.  If you used Paypal to pay for the item, they give you 180 days from the date of payment to file an item not received (INR) claim.  If you used a credit card directly contact your card provider to see how long they give you to file a charge back.

You should always check the feedback profile of any seller you plan on buying from Before you buy. You do that by clicking on the number in (  ) to the right of their username.  On the page that opens you can see the seller's country of registry, and below that the numbers of the three different types of feedback they can receive.  You can click on the numbers of neutral and negative feedback received to read only those comments.

  When buying on ebay from high volume sellers, keep in mind the Best ones will have a percentage of 99.6% or better.  You should avoid buying from high volume sellers with less than a 98.9% rating. Especially those who are located in or ship from China.  A low volume seller can have a lower percentage for just one feedback, so you should never go by a seller's feedback percentage alone.
