Is this a trick question? 📭  You pay for faster services than Priority.  But you won't want to pay the extra 💰 So you will have to just wait

Beam it up, Scotty? As others have said, unless you want to spring for a guaranteed service like Overnight Express, you're at the mercy of the carrier, just like everyone else.

It should also be mentioned that if you do decide to pay for something like Overnight Express you need to contact the seller become you make the purchase to see if that's something they're willing to do.

There is no way you can "speed up" delivery.  Shippers all have different delivery time frames.  On a listing page if yo want to see what options a seller offers click on the Shipping and Payments tab.  Then their shipping options will be shown if they have more than one. 

You need to start checking sellers feedback profile pages before buying from them.  To do that click on the number in (  ) to the right of their username. Yours is currently (1). 

On the page that opens you will see a seller's country of registry. If the country of registry is not the same as the item location, shipping may take longer.

Below that is a box with the numbers of the three types of feedback the seller has received.  You can click on the numbers of negative and neutral they have received to read only those comments. 

Never go by a feedback percentage alone. The best high volume sellers will have a 99.6% rating. Avoid those with less than a 98.6% rating.  but add in the neutral comments, many of which will be negative ones.

A low volume or occasional seller can have a feedback lower than 98.6% for just one negative, but you should look to see why they received it.

Express shipping to Qatar is going to very, very expensive if you're buying from one of the U.s. sellers here.

You would need to ask the seller if they can add express shipping if not shown to the listing before buying not after. The shipping options are shown in the listings and are what are available, the shipper can't change after you have purchased. 

If shipping to a freight forwarder, express shipping I am pretty sure would be a moot point, as it would only cover going from them to forwarder. Not everyone ships directly to non USA addresses. 

Both are things you would need to ask or find out before buying.

If I was that seller I would NOT agree to extra shipping costs as the seller would be on the hook for a refund if something went wrong. I suspect most smart sellers would say no.
