Hello, Tyler. This was reported to ebay on 6/21/18 because a customer asked me what I would charge for multiple items even though the feature is on the page. She explained that every time she put a quantity of 3 it would take her back to the auction page. After a month I reported it again as I tried to use the feature trying to buy from a seller. By the time the seller got back to me, the auction was sold. Ebay admitted there was a glitch. So now 8 weeks later and it is still not working. We are losing sales! Please add me to your list to be notified when this is fixed. Enjoy your day! 🙂

This is STILL not working. We have customers contacting us also because they can't see shipping costs for anything more than 1 item. Tried on Chrome and Safari on a Mac with same results. This have been a bug for months... what do we need to do to get it fixed?

Well, its now August and its still not working, no matter what browser I am using, what computer I am using, even a computer in a friends house, "Get Rates" does not work

I have heaps of messages asking what my shipping rates are if buying 8 yards or whatever.....another great buying experience for customers....NOT

I get the same problem when buying when I click on 'Get Rates' I get either thrown back to the description page or the page re-loads and the quantity box is set back to 1

We have the same exact issue and get annoyed emails from customers daily. You think Ebay would fix this already.

I am also having this issue on my listings in both Chrome & Firefox.

ebay says all working correctly on their end in Chrome today, so what's up with my account settings or changes by ebay in the last few months?

It is working in Firefox 3.6.24, Firefox 31, and Firefox 52 for me as of yesterday, when I was made aware something had changed, for flat rate, calculated, and international shipping in the listings I checked.

Also worked for a flat rate $x.xx for each additional listing I checked last night.

It appears to be fixed (within the limitations of the eBay shipping calculator capabilities).

Suggest you clear cookies and cache if you haven't and try again just in case the functionality is affected by stale scripts or cookies you may have lurking.

Using Firefox 31 I checked your item 281771210061 which showed $3.79 for qty 1 and $5.10 FCP for qty 3, and also checked qty 2,3, and 10. Numbers look reasonable, but couldn't figure out the pattern (actual weight of 1, any handling charge, if calculated or flat rate)

In general it seems to work. If you are not seeing any combined try the cookies/cache clearing. If you do see combined rates but they are wrong, then posting an item number along with info such as ship weight of 1, any handling charge, flat+$x.xx or calculated, and what SHOULD be happening to help to see what your issue might be.
