"Two" Tracking Numbers for One Package??

This is the first time I've needed CS assistance,and waiting on emails is like waiting for the cows to come home.....They take their time. Don't think the CS Rep actually read my email anyway. I wound up having to figure this one out on my own,"crickets" on the sellers end of this issue. Took me eleven days to do so.

There were two tracking numbers put on one item. The first one, which was the one I thought was accurate, just sat there for almost two weeks. The second,I didn't even know existed!

Had already given up any hope of my item being shipped to me, so put in for a refund. Out of nowhere, get a message saying a package was delivered to my PO box today(small town, no delivery). Went to the post office twice & it actually showed up (4 days late). Would love an explanation from the seller on this one, but know that's not happening. Anyone here know why that would happen? Thanks.🤔

The seller might have messed up when they bought the first shipping label and didn't know how to fix it when the bought the second one.

Is the tracking number on the label for the second tracking displayed?  If so, then I believe the previous poster is correct and the seller did not know how to VOID the first label.

If you ordered the item from a UK seller, then it sounds like the first tracking number is for the package from the seller to the UK Global Shipping Program center, and the second tracking number is from the UK GSP to you.

Yes,the package tracking number was different, that's how I finally figured out what happened. Would've been so much easier if either the seller or eBay had let me know tho. Thank You for the help! 🔆
