purchase limit pop up

Twice now I've gotten pop-ups saying I've reached a maximum for purchases when I haven't made any purchase yet. It's got me concerned that I've been hacked.

Are you trying to bid on multiple items from the same seller? Some sellers have blocks to prevent a buyer from buying 5 items or 7 items. The seller can set that block.  This is something done to prevent the seller from getting a bunch of negatives from the same buyer.   Ask the seller if there is such a block and ask him/her if they can take the block off so that you can buy more items.

Soundslike the sellers you are attemping to buy from have their buyer requirements set to block buyer that have made purchases already. You can ask the sellers if they can exempt you from the buyer requirements, Buy they are not required to.

[Thanks for the visual. I messaged the seller but got no response. I haven't purchased from this specific seller previously. I was trying to buy 2 galvanized raised garden beds. The pop up said I already bought 10 or more items from the seller, which I haven't.]

Looking at your feedback from sellers, there is one seller that you bought 10 items from in the past 6 months. Could that be your seller in question?
If the seller is not responding, best to shop elsewhere.
