I am really hoping you can help me with this.  Have a charge on our account that we do not know what it is or who made the purchase

Looks like you've just joined ebay today.  You've reached a community forum discussion page.

If you provide more detail, someone could possibly advise you, but we have no power to look into hijacked accounts or fraudulent purchases.  You would need to contact ebay customer service either from the links at the bottom of this page, or (far better) contact through ebay for business on facebook.

Unless it's through your Ebay account, there's nothing Ebay will do.

Contact your bank or credit card company.

Unless the purchase appears in your eBay account you should contact your card issuer for more info about the transaction or to dispute the transaction and get a new card number issued.

If any unauthorized transactions appear in your eBay purchase history, change your eBay password and then contact eBay directly.
