You have 30 days from delivery to open a Claim with eBay's Money Back Guarantee.

The usual reasons are Item Not Received (INR) or Not As Described (NAD).

With an INR, the seller must prove delivery (not shipping, delivery).

With a NAD, the seller must provide return shipping and refund when the item is returned.

If the seller does not cooperate, eBay steps in and refunds you.

If more than 30 days have passed since delivery (or the last estimated date for delivery) eBay cannot help you.

Go to the credit card you actually paid with, and open a chargeback.
