I ordered  chrome casts on April 10th and never received .

Two months have passed and the seller Won't respond back to me

You have left it too late for eBays MBG but if you paid using Paypal you can file what is called an Item Not Received claim with them.  Do is as soon as you can

You can apply to you your CCard provider and request a chargeback
