This is the message, what language that may be considered offensive ?
This camera does not function properly, I cleaned out the corrosion from the battery compartment and installed a new PX-13 battery. When you **bleep** the shutter, it does not fire.

A shutter is a function of a camera to open and close in the camera to expose the film.
I am not using an abbreviation.

@wastingtime101 : perhaps this is it: a commonly used verb when “shutter” is its object that is also a synonym (when used as a noun) for rooster - begins with c.
[I think we’ve invented a new word game.]

It's like Wordle, only different.
If you want to tell us what the word is, try saying "it begins with [x] and ends with [rest of letters in word]". Because whatever the word is, it's triggering the auto-censor here as well. But the only way to get past it is to use a synonym for the bleeped word.

are you confusing the word shutter with shuttle

The same word is used for both! In cameras it means winding the shutter or preparing it to shoot.

Oh, there you go @dead_dog_records - easily solved. Just use "wind" instead.

Try leaving out the word they bleeped.

The word bleep is a stand in for a swear word ( in their mind at least)
For example The pen is easy to grip. That too is forbidden. Leave out the space between pen and is and you can see why.

Are you sure you typed "shutter" and not "shi****"?

This is the first time I've heard of an AI censor in messaging. Clearly, AI is reviewing communication between sellers and buyers... so to those sellers who think that it's smart to be abusive, rude or otherwise inappropriate to buyers, you may want to mind your manners. Remember what eBay says in section 4 of its user agreement:
In case it's not already clear to you:
The word that was bleeped out starts with a "c" and ends with a "k."
Go it now?

So " CLICK" is bleeped out ?

I agree that it is crazy if the word you typed was 'click'. Will 'press' work?
