I am unable to contact a chat person on ebay.  I have not received two items ordered.  The number I have for ebay no one is at that number.  Can anyone help me please?

Read the 30 day money back guarantee shown on most pages and/or listings. That will tell you what to do. (which is to open a 'not received' refund case 1 day after the last date shown on the estimated delivery date and can be found in your 'my ebay' under 'purchases). 

 

Ebay does not have people to take phone calls about things like this.

Read the terms of ebay's Money Back Guarantee (MBG).  You have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file an Item Not Received (INR) dispute.  Find the item in your purchase history and to the right click on the More Actions button. 

  If there was a tracking number that shows Delivered, but you did not get it, come back and tell us. There's a different procedure for doing that.

If you googled a phone # for ebay, throw it away. It quite possibly could be answered by someone trying to scam you instead of being a current phone # for ebay.

 

If you can't get thru on chat, use the call back feature.

When you don't receive your orders by the estimated delivery date, you have 30 days from that date to open an Item Not Received case.

You will also need to follow through with the eBay Money Back Guarantee. 

 

If it is passed the 30 day window for eBay to help, go to PayPal (if you paid through them) or your credit card company if that’s how’s you paid. 
Don’t jump the order if these. 
eBay first, then try PayPal. Last stop, credit card company. Jumping forward will negate the possibility of help from the others.

You can send an email to eBay customer service or else you can have a live chat from other eBay platforms like  Canada, UK, AUS etc. I'm sure that customer service will help you out.

I believe the best way to help you is teach you how to help yourself.

1)  Review the terms and conditions of the money back guarantee.

2)  Follow the procedure outlined in the MBG to address the appropriate issue that you are experiencing.

 

For example:  If an item purchased has not arrived by the final day of the estimated delivery period, you can file an INR dispute the following day.  There is no need to chat with anyone.

 

Pay close attention to time limits for filing disputes through the MBG.

 

Learn to help yourself through learning about eBay's MBG.
