how do I upload photos of item I wish to return?

I wish to return a defective item but have some difficulty in uploading photo of defected item to ebay

IIRC if you click on the + sign below where it says "add photos", then your pictures on your device should open, then double click the image you want to upload ans you're done

Thank you campanaelia, what you recommended is exactly what I have tried several times, that is the obviously method. In the meantime I have had a case with PayPal dismissed because Ididnt get the photos back in good time. I was also aware of another who had experience the same predicament. Its putting me off dealing with Ebay.
