ebay sent me the wrong product. i ordered a different thing

i ordered and paid for "vitamin e mixed tocopherols" and you sent me from Bono "vitamin e WITH tocopherols".

I DEMAND AN IMMEDIATE REFUND, TODAY, PLEASE. I WROTE TO EBAY BUT GOT NO REPLY.

Ebay didn't send a wrong item.

The seller from whom you purchased it sent the wrong item.

Go to the order and click the dropdown box to return the item choosing "Received wrong item" as the reason. Seller will have to respond with either a refund (you keep the item) or a return shipping label for you to return it. 

If the seller doesn't respond within 3 days, go back to the request and ask ebay to step in.

Go to your purchase history and click return item and select, the item doesn't match the description as the reason.
The seller will have 3 days to accept the return and pay return shipping or refund without returning.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.

eBay did not send you anything.

An eBay seller sent you something that was apparently the wrong thing.

You have 30 days to open an item not as described case.

Please read the Money Back Guarantee for buyers so you will know how to proceed.

No need to write to eBay.  The entire process is  automatic.

Vit E mixed tocopherols isn't necessarily different from Vit E with mixed tocopherols.
